Taxation:

Offshore branches of foreign companies which have their management exercised outside Cyprus are exempted from Cyprus corporation tax.  

Cyprus companies are liable to corporation tax at the reduced rate of 10% and in cases where the management and control of the company is exercised outside of Cyprus the tax rate is 0%.
