The Tax Department announced that the Individual Income Tax Return for the tax year 2019 is available for submission through the TaxisNet system.
Necessary condition: For the submission of the above Declaration the electronic registration in the TaxisNet system is necessary.
Last date for submission of the Individual Income Statement: The 30th of October, 2020.
Please note: Until the tax year 2019, individuals with gross income under the tax-free threshold of €19.500 are not obliged to submit a personal income tax return (TD1).
From the tax year 2020 onwards: All individuals with income from, amongst others, salaries, rents, royalties, pensions, dividends, interest, and profits from share dealings, which may be exempt from the income tax and/or special contribution for defense, are obliged to submit a personal income tax return.

Υποβολή Φορολογικής δήλωσης εισοδήματος ατόμου για το 2019
Το Τμήμα Φορολογίας ανακοίνωσε ότι η Δήλωση Εισοδήματος Ατόμου για το φορολογικό έτος 2019 είναι διαθέσιμη για υποβολή της μέσω του συστήματος TaxisNet.
Απαραίτητη προϋπόθεση: Για την υποβολή της πιο πάνω Δήλωσης, απαιτείται η ηλεκτρονική εγγραφή στο σύστημα TaxisNet – Άμεσης Φορολογίας.
Τελευταία ημερομηνία έγκαιρης υποβολής της Δήλωσης Εισοδήματος Ατόμου: H 30η Οκτωβρίου 2020.
Λάβετε υπόψη: Μέχρι και το φορολογικό έτος 2019, πρόσωπα με μικτό εισόδημα κάτω από το αφορολόγητο ποσό των €19.500 απαλλάσσονται από την υποβολή φορολογικής δηλώσεως (ΤΦ1).
Από το φορολογικό έτος 2020 και μετά: Ολα τα πρόσωπα με εισοδήματα από μισθούς, ενοίκια, δικαιώματα, συντάξεις, μερίσματα, τόκους και κέρδη από συναλλαγές μετοχών, τα οποία ενδέχεται να απαλλάσσονται από το φόρο εισοδήματος ή/και την έκτακτη εισφορά άμυνας κ.α., υποχρεούνται να υποβάλουν δήλωση φόρου εισοδήματος.
