Cyprus: Deadline extension for Submission of 2020 direct tax declarations

The Cyprus House of Representatives approved recently (24/3/2022) an extension on the deadline for the submission of the 2020 corporate tax declarations until the 31st of July, 2022.


The deadline refers to the electronic submission of the 2020 corporate tax return (Form T.D.4) and is also related to self-employed individuals whose annual turnover surpasses €70.000 and who have the obligation to prepare audited financial statements.
