Further to the New Decree according to which the Employer is obligated to register the Essential Terms of Employment of all their Employees in the «ERGANI» Information System during the period from January 2, 2025, to February 28, 2025, we attach the Instructions for the Use of the «ERGANI» System & the Procedure for Recording the Basic Terms of Employment.
